Serves as the Vice President of the foundation.
In absence of the President, Vice President will chair the Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings.
Approves and sign off on specific actions in accordance with the established guidelines prior to the action being implemented.
Performs any special tasks assigned by the President and Board of Directors.
Ensure compliance with Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation.
